Alison Treble

Head of Residential Property, Mogers Drewett

Alison Treble is Head of Residential Property and a Partner across the 4 Mogers Drewett offices in Bath, Frome, Sherborne and Wells. She joined the firm in 2006 as a legal executive and qualified as a solicitor in 2008. In 2013 she became an Associate at the firm, and then progressed on to Partner.

She specialises in high value complex transactions. With over 18 years of expertise, she assists clients with buying, selling, and re-financing property. Alison is known for her meticulous attention to detail and her ability to simplify the complexities of property transactions, ensuring a smooth and stress-free process for all her many clients.

Her deep knowledge of the regional property market, combined with her practical and client-focused approach, makes her a trusted advisor for all residential property matters. Darrin Christan

Managing Director, Coopers Home Appliances

Darrin joined Coopers in 1997 on a part time basis and before he knew it, he had quickly worked the way up through the business gaining experience in every role and discovered along the way that he had a flare for sales. From there he moved into management and procurement roles and then finally in December 2019 he went on to buy the business with  long-time friend James.

The experience Darrin gained along the way was invaluable and helped make Coopers what it is today, an industry wide recognised retailer with award winning customer service and an eye for the unusual.

Maddie Difazio-Wright

Vice Chair, Women in Property

As Vice-Chair of Women in Property, Maddie is part of the team leading the exploration into why the property industry isn’t as diverse as others, and identifying what can be done to positively influence that. She is a trustee of Scouting and a project board member of Empire Fighting Chance, and has recently returned from rowing the Atlantic Ocean, showcasing her advocacy for supporting and encouraging others to also push themselves outside of their comfort zone.

Matt Bollen

Director, BBA Architects

Matt is an Architect & Director at BBA Architects and has been with the practice for over 32 years. He’s worked on many projects in and around Bath/ Bristol area over the years and for various differing clients, projects such as the redevelopment of The Tramshed’s, former Aldridge’s auction house in Walcott Street, New housing in Bailbrook, by the bypass, Bath Cats and Dog Home, numerous schools, like King Edwards and Beechen Cliff the former redevelopment of Bath Post Office building / site and worked with BANES through various framework agreements for the past 30 years.

Mohammed Saddiq, Lord Lieutenant of Somerset

Non Executive Director, Kier Group

Mohammed has held senior engineering and executive positions in the utility, technology and sustainability sectors. He is an Associate Fellow of the Institution of Chemical Engineers, a Fellow of the Chartered Institution of Water and Environmental Management, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and a Chartered Member of the Institution of Environmental Sciences. In 2020 he was awarded an honorary doctorate from the University of the West of England for enhancing the sustainable development of Bristol.

He is the Chair of the Bristol Climate and Nature Partnership, one of the largest sustainable membership organisations in Europe. A champion for social inclusion, he is the founding Chair of Bristol Future Talent Partnership. He is the former Deputy Chair of the Board of Trustees at Bristol University and held several trustee roles in health care and education.
