David Mackenzie

David Mackenzie is a Partner and head of the Bath Office for Carter Jonas, a leading UK property consultancy working across commercial, residential, rural, planning, development and infrastructure. Our national network of over 1,000 property professionals operating from 34 offices means we can offer both national coverage and unrivalled local expertise.
David opened the Bath Office 12 years ago, having worked in Bath since 2001, and previously in Bristol before that. He advises on the sale of apartments, townhouses and country houses across Somerset, Wiltshire and South Gloucestershire.
Ian Parkes
Lecturer, Bath Spa University
Ian Parkes is a Lecturer and the Course Leader for the BA (Hons) Architecture programme at Bath Spa University. He is an architect, researcher, mentor, and maker.
As an architect, Ian’s work has focused on the design and delivery of social and affordable housing, on the creative reuse of existing structures, and on the design of low and net-zero carbon buildings. Ian is a Passivhaus Designer and holds an ABBE Level 3 Award in Energy Efficiency in Older and Traditional Buildings.
Ian is a proud advocate for positive mental health in architectural training and practice.
Kevin Gray
Society Secretary, Bath Building Society
Kevin joined the Bath Building Society in 1998 in the position of Society Secretary. He was promoted to the Board of Directors in 2002 and was appointed as Deputy Chief Executive in 2006. From 2004 to 2018, Kevin held the position of Group Finance Director and was also head of the Society’s savings team until 2012. Kevin has been the Society’s Chief Executive since April 2018.
Although originally from Scotland, Kevin has lived in Wiltshire for over 30 years. He has two daughters and five dogs. His hobbies include skiing, walking, vegetable gardening, playing the guitar and watching Bath Rugby.
Pratibha Mistry

Pratibha qualified as a solicitor in 2006 and has 12 years’ of conveyancing experience, specialising in residential property for over a decade dealing with properties throughout England and Wales. Being based in London for a number of years Pratibha has a vast experience of dealing with all types of freehold and leasehold residential properties on behalf individuals, investors and companies.
Pratibha prides herself on being approachable and proactive and being able to deal with complex cases, many with tight timescales and complex issues to meet the requirement of clients.
Sarah Campbell
Regional Manager, Ethical Property Company
Sarah Campbell has worked for the Ethical Property Company since 2012 as Regional Manager for the SW and Wales. Ethical Property offers space to organisations that make a positive difference in their communities and beyond. Sarah oversees operations for buildings across the region including Green Park Station in Bath. She has enjoyed being part of the GPS family, despite recent challenges, working towards supporting the traders, tenants and visitors to make it a vibrant place to visit.
Sarah is particularly interested in the social and environmental impact of buildings and their users, whilst being committed to demonstrating that you can still retain a sustainable income.
Toni Riddiford
Associate Director, Stride Treglown
Toni is an Associate Director Architect at Stride Treglown. She works nationally on a wide range of exciting projects, with a particular focus on offices & workplace, mixed use refurbishment/reuse and town centre regeneration.
Toni is a Nextgen Committee Member of the British Council for Offices South West & Wales region. She is also the current Chair of Women in Property South West, which runs CPD, networking, student awards, outreach and other initiatives spanning from Solent, through Bristol and Bath, into Devon and Cornwall.
